Throughout the year ferries offering regular sailings and excursions to local places of interest are available only minutes walk from the King's Arms apartments.

Situated on the seafront overlooking Oban harbour, the self catering apartments have magnificent views to the islands of Kerrera, Mull and Lismore. From the comfort of an armchair, sit back and enjoy the gentle activity of Oban Bay, with everything from the occasional tall ship and cruise liner, to swans and seals making this a bustling and interesting harbour.
The Kings Arms accommodation consists of five self catering apartments, each with spacious lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all essentials and bathroom with bath and shower.
The self catering holiday apartments have two twin bedrooms except for Apartment no.5 situated on the top floor of the building, which features a slightly different layout with one twin and two single bedrooms.
The holiday apartments generally sleep four, with a sofa bed in the lounge providing a further double bed. Please take a tour of our photo gallery to see photographs of our interiors!
The holiday self catering apartments are to be found on the second, third and fourth floor of the former Kings Arms Hotel and accessed by way of both stairs and a lift. Lift access to Apartments 1-4, Apartment 5 reached by way of a short flight of steps.
